When too much fun is never enough join Lee Cody for the Yoga Wind Down! A
Monday morning yoga recovery session that will allow you to embody all the
experiences, encounters, learning and pure joy you’ve had over the festival.
Lee has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and loves to move, breathe and
connect through the ancient art and modern science of yoga. She will take you
through a practice that is both grounding and exhilarating, combining the movement
of asana, with the depth of breath and the delight and exhilaration of laughter yoga.
Lee teaches yoga in Southern Tasmanian, primarily in Clifton Beach and Dodges
Ferry at HoriZEN. She is passionate about functional alignment, tailoring asanas to
suit our modern minds and bodies. She invites you into a welcoming, non-
competitive, practice. Lee wants everyone to experience greater ease, fluidity and
strength in their body, a lightness of mind and spirit, while nourishing connections to
self, community and the planet.
Join us for a Wind Down nourishment session followed by a delicious breakfast in
the market place before heading off as the festival closes.
